*After Penelope RD reviews the 3X4 BLUEPRINT, there will be a 45-minute session to review the BLUEPRINT with you.
Deep Dive: During this session you may find out ‘The What’ of what you did not know.
There will be nutrition and diet suggestions along with targeted supplements to support you- according to your unique gene profile; in addition, there will be lifestyle recommendations.
